Features of rubber lined pipe
In order to ensure the quality of rubber lining, we do our best to optimize its design and reduce the seam welding. For the large diameter pipe we use both sides welding and for the small diameter pipes we use single side welding forming.
We combined drawn - sphere technology and pneumatic technology to ensure its joint performance.
The weldwood is made by butyl rubber, imported Chemlok products is used as the first coat. After the process is finished, we will take an electric spark select test.
In order to ensure the quality, all the main materials will be tested at the national professionalorganizations where will be responsible for the test of raw matirals and product inspection.
In order to make the field installation and counting, the shipping will be strictly according to the system.
